Gemini Slotted A dimensional marquee letters present a "classic grand theater marquee" look to changeable copy signs, and are widely used for theater marquees, casinos, and other types of entertainment venues.
Slotted A marquee letters are vacuum-formed with a distinctive 3-dimensional face which includes a raised outline around the letter perimeter and a raised center line. The returns have slots on an angle pointing upward as they cut in toward the letter face.
The letters are hung on slotted letter track (see below). 6" letter slots are 5" on center, and slots on 8" through 24" letters are 7" on center. Special change arms (aka "mechanical hands") with poles up to 16' long are handy for changing letters without the risk of working from ladders.
Slotted A letters are available in transparent red, blue or green, and eight translucent colors developed by Gemini specifically for the manufacture of LED-lit letters and letters for use on illuminated marquees.
